Let the conversation move the rest of the business forward.
Connect selected Voice outcomes to authorized Vagaris workflows across teams and systems. Keep customer conversations in Voice while organizational owners coordinate follow-up, review exceptions and learn from the work completed.
From a customer request to coordinated, accountable follow-through.
A conversation, connected to your business.
Voice owns the customer conversation
Answer questions, book appointments, update business systems and involve a human within the complete Voice product.
- Voice agents and channels
- Knowledge, actions and human handoff
- Conversation history and outcome evidence
Vagaris coordinates broader work
Connect an accepted outcome to the right organizational owner, permitted systems and approval requirements.
- Explicit workflow ownership
- Cross-team follow-up and escalation
- Governed tool access and human approvals
Share only what the workflow needs
Reusing an account does not grant access to private conversations. Select the evidence, permissions and retention appropriate to each connection.
- Separate product entitlements
- Scoped outcome and event access
- Audit, consent and retention boundaries
From a conversation
to a completed task.
Connect the steps that make the outcome possible.
- 01
Complete the customer interaction
Voice handles an inquiry, captures the agreed details and records the business-system result. An AI assessment alone does not establish a completed booking or payment.
- 02
Send a permitted, verifiable event
Share the necessary outcome fields through an authorized event or tool connection. Define which organization, workflow and owner may receive them.
- 03
Coordinate the next authorized steps
Vagaris routes follow-up to the appropriate team, applies approval boundaries and tracks completion. Return relevant results to the permitted product and organizational views.
Make it useful
in your business.
Start with a specific conversation, connect the right systems, and define what a successful outcome looks like.
Sales inquiry to cross-team follow-up
Service escalation with an accountable owner
Appointment preparation across departments
Operational review of recurring customer needs
Do we need Vagaris to use Voice?
No. Voice includes its own agents, knowledge, business actions, human collaboration and improvement workflows. Vagaris is an optional organizational layer for broader authorized work.
Is Vagaris the owner of the speech and AI APIs?
Voice and Vagaris can use shared Vagary Labs platform capabilities. Independently offered speech, AI and retrieval APIs have their own developer buying journey; they do not require a Vagaris subscription.
Does a shared Vagary account expose our Voice conversations?
No. Shared identity supports account and organization management. Product rights, authorized scopes, consent and data-sharing rules still determine which information a connected workflow may access.
Does outcome pricing require Vagaris?
No. A Voice outcome agreement defines its own accepted result and evidence. Shared commercial infrastructure meters and settles that agreement; Vagaris is only needed when selected for broader organizational workflows.
Keep exploring.
