BYOK and BYOC can preserve the commercial relationships you already have. Keep platform spend and direct-provider spend separate so your business case reflects the whole operation.
Managed Voice scopes the delivered conversation experience, including its AI profile, route, usage unit and operating requirements. Own Stack & Capacity separates your provider, carrier or agent relationships from the orchestration and capacity supplied by Vagary. Verified Outcomes defines charges around an agreed, evidenced business event. The applicable rates, inclusions and eligibility are confirmed for your configuration; the models are not interchangeable plan entitlements.
Does an outcome agreement also bill the same work by the minute?
Under a pure outcome agreement, the same work is not charged again as conversation minutes. Any hybrid agreement must explicitly identify its distinct charges before activation. Qualified leads, booked appointments, attended appointments, resolved cases and paid conversions each need their own evidence definition, acceptance rules, attribution, dispute process and reversal treatment.
Does choosing a market or display currency change the tariff?
No. Billing market, preferred display currency and calling destination are separate inputs to an estimate or commercial evaluation. A currency preference does not establish local pricing, payment eligibility or coverage. The existing subscription catalog below stays in USD; no exchange-rate conversion or regional offer is implied.
What do the published plan prices include?
The plan cards show the platform subscription and its included voice minutes from the commercial catalog. They are the starting point for your configuration. Telephony, number rental, provider usage, overages and optional services can affect the total; confirm their rates and inclusions before activation.
Can I start with the Free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is $0 and includes 100 voice minutes per month. Start with a focused agent and review its outcome. A free platform subscription does not make external carrier, number or provider charges free.
What happens when I use more than the included minutes?
Each plan card lists its overage rate per minute; the Free plan is hard-capped and stops at its allowance instead. The plan-fit estimator applies the catalog rate to your projected minutes. Confirm spending limits and any auto-recharge settings before live use.
How do BYOK and BYOC affect the total?
Bring-your-own-key and bring-your-own-carrier configurations let you retain provider or telephony relationships. Separate charges paid to Vagary from charges paid directly to those providers. Use the relevant contracted rates in your estimate and avoid counting a charge twice when it is already included in a quote.
Are premium voices, support and dedicated deployments included in every plan?
No universal inclusion is implied by these plan cards. Premium voice options, additional support, human-agent seats, reserved capacity and dedicated deployments are scoped to the plan and services you choose. Their pricing, availability and terms are agreed before activation.
How should I estimate monthly costs?
Start with expected conversation volume and average duration. Add your quoted provider and carrier rates, any platform overage, number rental and optional-service costs. Use the cost estimator to see the breakdown. It labels incomplete quotes as partial estimates and excludes taxes and billing-unit differences.
How much concurrency do I need?
Conversation volume alone does not determine capacity. Duration, operating hours, bursty arrivals and campaign pacing all matter. Use the capacity planner for an initial average-load estimate, then validate peak demand, provider limits and any required reservation before launch.
Can I control spend and export billing information?
Vagary Voice supports usage visibility, cost-before-spend estimates, credit wallets, top-ups, auto-recharge controls, invoices and usage export. The controls available to your organization follow its plan, permissions and configured services. Review the relevant limits and recharge behavior before enabling paid activity.
