A CLOSER LOOK

Useful questions.
Straight answers.

Discuss your requirements
Do I need to replace my contact centre?

No. Use the carrier and CCaaS adapters to connect Voice to the operation you already run. Decide which work AI handles and where existing queues and advisors remain in control.

What should we validate before launch?

Test the permitted reads and writes, the identity and permissions of the connection, the handling of missing data, and the behavior when the receiving system is unavailable. Review the actual action result with the conversation.

Where do integration costs fit?

Voice plan allowances and external-service charges are separate considerations. Include your connected software subscriptions, carrier and provider usage, numbers and any agreed overage in the operating budget.
