Answer from your policies

Give the agent approved knowledge and a clear threshold for when an answer needs review.

  • Knowledge retrieval with citations
  • Confidence and escalation controls
  • Customer-specific context
02

Capture an issue once

Collect a reference, the problem and the customer’s requested resolution in a consistent shape.

  • Structured extraction
  • Contact and history lookup
  • Typed tool arguments
03

Improve the next interaction

Connect support outcomes to quality review rather than treating a completed call as a resolved issue.

  • Context-rich human handoff
  • Conversation QA and scoring
  • Transcripts turned into regression tests
THE WORKFLOW

From a conversation
to a completed task.

Connect the steps that make the outcome possible.

  1. 01

    Connect your support context

Choose the helpdesk account and approved knowledge sources for this organization.

  2. 02

    Define resolution boundaries

Set the questions the agent can resolve and the requests that require a person.

  3. 03

    Test an exception

Try an uncertain answer, a frustrated caller and an incomplete reference before launching.

  4. 04

    Close the learning loop

Review resolution and handoff outcomes, then turn failures into tests for the next version.

PUT IT TO WORK

Make it useful
in your business.

Start with a specific conversation, connect the right systems, and define what a successful outcome looks like.

A CLOSER LOOK

Useful questions.
Straight answers.

Discuss your requirements
Will the agent claim an issue is resolved just because the call ended?

Define success around the support outcome you care about. Use the external action result, disposition, customer feedback and review rubric to distinguish a finished conversation from a resolved request.

What should we validate before launch?

Test the permitted reads and writes, the identity and permissions of the connection, the handling of missing data, and the behavior when the receiving system is unavailable. Review the actual action result with the conversation.

Where do integration costs fit?

Voice plan allowances and external-service charges are separate considerations. Include your connected software subscriptions, carrier and provider usage, numbers and any agreed overage in the operating budget.

MAKE YOUR NEXT CONVERSATION COUNT

Give every conversation
somewhere better to go.

Start with one agent. Build an operation around what works.
